Anna Agafonova is an International Trade & Mediation Specialist with LMD Trade Law PLLC, where she supports the firm in advising its clients on cross-border business matters, international commercial negotiations, and dispute resolution. Drawing on her background in business, economics, and mediation, Anna helps the firm and its clients address complex international challenges through practical, business-focused solutions.

Anna has experience working with multinational organizations, global brands, sports organizations, and international stakeholders on commercial negotiations, strategic partnerships, and contractual matters spanning multiple jurisdictions. She has expertise in negotiations, mediations and arbitrations involving governance, regulatory compliance, athletic contracts and commercial disputes, developing a collaborative approach to conflict resolution and negotiation.

Anna earned a Master of Dispute Resolution (MDR) from the USC Gould School of Law, where she was recognized as a Global Impact Scholar. She also holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from the University of Southern California.

An MC3-Certified Mediator, Anna is affiliated with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the International Arbitration Association, and the Southern California Mediation Association. She is fluent in English and Russian and conversational in French, allowing her to effectively support clients and stakeholders across international markets.
